  5. Your pitch fee includes 16 units (kw/h) of electricity (16 & 10 amps) per night. This is enough for most customers in the summer and makes sure that electricity is used in a responsible way.
  6. Any extra usage will have to be purchased during your stay. When you get to your pitch, you should check the meter and keep a note on how much electricity you're using if you're concerned.
  7. The balance of your pitch fee (if not already paid in full) is payable on arrival by Cheque, Cash or Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

If we must cancel your booking prior to your arrival (for example - due to a pandemic), we will offer a voucher or credit note valid for 12 months for any payments you have already made.

Events such as travel disruption, illness, bad weather, vehicle breakdowns, etc. that may result in delayed arrival or cancellation of your stay with us are not the responsibility of Low Moor Head Farm, and therefore we advise you to seek appropriate travel insurance.

If you must cancel your booking, please do so as early as possible so that we may attempt to rebook your pitch. If your cancelation is within 7 day of arrival, you will still be liable for the full cost of your stay.

By making a booking and paying your deposit, you signify your agreement with our cancellation policy.

Changing dates, postponing, etc.

A change in the dates of a booking does not alter the above terms. If we are holding a deposit for a booking and agree in writing to a change of arrival or departure date, this does not change the cancellation policy described above.

Similarly, no credit or refund is available for any unused services included in the cost of your holiday, e.g., if you choose to depart early.
