This bespoke storage facility was established in April 2005, having over 30 years experience handling caravans, we are members of 'CaSSOA', which is the recognised body, which regulates storage facilities throughout the country ('CaSSOA' Caravan Storage Site Owners Association). This is also recognised by leading Insurance Companies as a benchmark of standards, who prefer customers to store in approved storage sites, of Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum standards.

We are well located and situated north of Carlisle, within easy access to M6 /A74, Gretna Green, South West Scotland, A75 Euro route, A69 Hadrian's Wall country, A595/M6 Lake District and Solway Coast.
We aim to provide a professional service with the highest standard of personal customer care. Each new customers individual needs are catered for, as customers use their caravans in many different ways. As we live on the premises, we are always on hand to help with any, problems or advise if needed. This is achieved in a number of ways, potential customers are invited to view the facility, prior to making the commitment to store, to allow you to see the standard for yourselves, discuss your needs, terms & conditions, to alleviate any queries you have, to reassure you of the care and attention which is given to your caravan.

VERY STRICT ACCESS / EXIT PROCEDURES ARE IN FORCE, all access is available by minimum of one days notice
The proprietor takes the stress out of parking your caravan in the storage compound, by doing this for you, and parking it in a secure parking area ready for your collection, and again when you return. This also reduces the risk of damage to your caravan and to others.
All caravans are washed when they are returned to go back into storage and prior to leaving. We also provide an in house servicing, which is carried out by a highly qualified engineer, Gas Safe registered, again with a vast knowledge of the industry we are agents for Calor gas. Caravan & Motorhome Club, 5 members only 'Adults only' Certificated Location site (CL).
As customers remove any items from their caravans etc. (in the delivery/collection area) prior to returning to storage, Caravans are returned to the storage compound as soon as possible (by the proprietor). This measure allows the contents of the facility to remain confidential, and does not compromise the security in any way.

Storage Availability:
Limited number of pitches now available (these can be secured by deposit, if awaiting arrival of new caravan, motorhome etc)
Reservations:
Appointment by phone to arrange site visit, having made the commitment to store, customers are required to provide data which is recorded. Proof of identity will be required (e.g. passport, driving licence utility bill). Insurance cover is mandatory on all caravans, motorhomes, trailers & boats. Payments run from the day caravan arrives on site. Payment by cash /cheque only
